Yolanda Moore-Burton serves as the Vice President of Administration and Operations at The Futuro Media Group, where strategic support is provided to leadership on employee management and organizational growth during a significant staff expansion. Previous roles include Director of Administration and HR & Finance Manager at the same organization, where key initiatives included facilitating remote work transitions during the COVID-19 pandemic and enhancing workplace morale through employee engagement programs. Yolanda's earlier experience includes operations management at the Church of the Advent Hope, program design consulting for educational initiatives in Ethiopia, and roles in various organizations focused on communication, education, and healthcare. Yolanda holds a Master's degree in International Affairs from The New School and a Change Management Certification from Cornell University.
