Joe Cherian is an experienced professional in the field of visual effects, specializing in matchmove and rotomation. Since September 2010, Joe has served as the matchmove and rotomation supervisor at FutureWorks Media Limited, handling projects such as the stereo conversion for "John Carter." Prior to this role, Joe held positions as lead matchmover for "Tron Legacy" at Prana Studios and as a lead matchmove artist at Frame Flow LLC, contributing to projects like "Click." Joe's career also includes an extensive tenure at Sony Pictures Imageworks, where a diverse skill set was developed, including modeling, animation, and matchmove artistry. Educational qualifications consist of a diploma in Advanced Computer Arts from CDAC and multiple degrees in Physics from Mahatma Gandhi University.
