Mau Chan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Starting in 2001, Mau worked as a Business Analyst at PwC until 2005. Then, Mau joined American Express as an Analyst from 2006 to 2008 and later became an Assistant Manager from 2008 to 2013. From 2013 to 2017, Mau worked as a Marketing Solution Consultant for Merkle Comet at Comet Global Consulting, serving clients such as Verizon Wireless and General Motors. Mau then joined Merkle in 2018, where they held various Manager and Business Systems Analyst roles for clients such as General Motors, Samsung, and AT&T. In 2021, Mau joined CXForward as a Lead Business Analyst and continued in this role until joining futureproofAI in 2022 as a Lead Business Analyst.
Mau Chan attended Binghamton University School of Management from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Information Systems, General. Later, from 2010 to 2013, they pursued their MBA degree with a focus on Marketing at Baruch College. In addition to their formal education, Mau Chan has obtained several certifications from various institutions. These certifications include Certified Pega Business Architect (CPBA) from Pegasystems in October 2020, Difficult Conversations: Talking About Race at Work, Skills for Inclusive Conversations, and Adobe Experience Manager for Marketers from LinkedIn in September 2020, June 2019, and May 2019 respectively.
