Rob Ellis is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in internal and external communication roles across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Internal Communication at Future since September 2024, Rob previously held the same title at The MISSION Group and has worked as an Employee Communications Specialist. Other significant positions include Communications Manager for the England Tree Planting Programme at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, and Head of Communications at Bristol Water plc, where Rob introduced a new brand and led major marketing campaigns. Earlier experience includes roles as Parliamentary Advisor at the Health and Safety Executive and Parliamentary Business Officer at the Environment Agency. Rob holds a BA (Hons) in Business Management from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
