Dwaine Taylor is a seasoned professional in social impact, education, and diversity initiatives, currently serving as the Director of Learning Programs at Future of Good since February 2024. Taylor has a robust background as the Founder and Executive Director of newpact, overseeing strategic development and workshops, and as a Workshop Facilitator for the Canadian Race Relations Foundation, focusing on anti-racism education. Previous roles at Carleton University included Assistant Director of Undergraduate Recruitment and coordinator for equity, diversity, and community programs, where effective strategies were implemented for community engagement and inclusivity. Taylor has extensive experience in business development with WE.org, securing significant partnerships and funding, and has engaged in various capacities with the Parliament of Canada and the Royal Canadian Army Cadets, demonstrating a commitment to leadership and community impact.
