Prior positions at Future Generali include Vice President and AVP of Customer Service. Prior to this role, Hari held the position of Manager in the Banking Unit & KPO Operations at XL Dynamics and worked as a Sr. Group Leader at Wipro BPO from 2002 to 2007. Education was completed at the Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition in Mumbai from 1997 to 2000.
