Ron Pearson is the current Customer Success Team Lead at Futrli. Prior to this, they were with BlueOptima as an Associate Customer Success Manager from July 2019 to December 2019. Ron has also worked with The Engage Partnership as a Recruitment Partner from November 2017 to June 2019.

Ron is passionate about helping clients identify strategic initiatives and efficiency gains that would help them maximize value delivered. Ron has also worked with team leads on development best practices and C-suite executives on major transformational changes.

Ron Pearson's educational career includes a BSci in Molecular Biology from UCL.
