Virgil Lloyd is the Senior Vice President of Water & Natural Resources at Fuss & O'Neill. Virgil has over 30 years of experience in the environmental engineering field and has been with Fuss & O'Neill for 19 years. Prior to joining Fuss & O'Neill, Virgil was a Project Manager/Vice President at UIC/Environmental Engineering from 1998-2001 and a Vice President at Cascio, Bechir & Associates, Inc. from 1982-1998.

Virgil Lloyd completed their undergraduate degree at the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Virgil then went on to earn their Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of New Haven. Virgil is also a certified Professional Engineer in the states of Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island.

A direct report to Virgil Lloyd is and Kurt Mailman - VP, Department Manager, Water & Natural Resources. They work with Dean Audet - SVP, Business Line Leader, Water & Natural Resources, JoAnn Fryer - SVP, North Region Manager, and Craig Lapinski - SVP, South Region Manager. Virgil Lloyd reports to Kevin Grigg, President & CEO.
