Moisés Lara has a diverse work experience in the field of telecommunications. Moisés is currently working as an RF Field Integration Engineer at Fusion Solutions, LLC, where they are a part of a specialized team responsible for troubleshooting and analyzing technologies such as 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G. Moisés has expertise in using PIM Analyzer and Site Master Tester with Anritsu equipment.
Prior to their current role, Moisés worked at KCCTech as a 5G Field Integrator Engineer. Moisés'sresponsibilities included power upgrades, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Base Band 6630 Ericsson for 4G and 5G networks. Moisés also conducted VoLTE Drive Tests and was involved in the commissioning and integration of NOKIA AMOB Asik & Abil for 5G.
Before joining KCCTech, Moisés worked at MasTec Network Solutions as a Tower Engineer, where they gained experience in tower engineering.
In their role as a Field Test Engineer (Contract) at L&T Technology Services Limited, Moisés worked on field testing projects.
At Inpro Telecom, Moisés served as an RF Engineer and performed various activities, including drive tests for calibration of propagation models, walk tests with Qualipoc handset for UMTS and LTE, RF analysis, and testing of VSWR and RTP in oDAS systems. Moisés also conducted market analysis for the installation or purchase of radio bases for multiple carriers.
Moisés began their career at Nokia (formerly Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise) as a Network Planning Optimization Engineer. Moisés worked with the NPI Team for WiFi, conducting site surveys, RF design, walk tests, quality tests, and performance analysis. Moisés was knowledgeable in using NEMO Handy equipment and iBwave for WiFi optimization.
During their time at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, Moisés worked in the Wireless Professional Services department, initially specializing in CDMA technology. Moisés provided services such as drive tests, post-processing, RF analysis for small cells, RF design and optimization by analyzing KPIs and RF data. Moisés also participated in LTE trials and other diverse projects.
Moisés Lara completed their education in a chronological order. From 2006 to 2011, they attended Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Coacalco, where they obtained a degree in Ingeniero en Mecatrónica with a specialization in Control Systems. In 2010, they also studied at the University of New Mexico School of Engineering for a brief period, focusing on FPGA's Programming & Foreign Language.
In addition to their formal education, Moisés Lara has acquired several certifications. In November 2020, they completed the 5G New Radio Planning Course from 5GWorldPro.com 5G Training & Consulting Company. In August 2019, they obtained the 10 Hour General Industry Outreach Study Guide and the OSHA 10 Hour General Industry Outreach certifications from 360training.com. Moisés also received the RF Awareness certification from Tower Safety & Instruction in the same month. In August 2019, Moisés obtained the Standard - CPR / AED certification from NationalCPRFoundation and the Competent Climber certification from Tower Safety & Instruction. Furthermore, in March 2019, they obtained the Standard First Aid, CPR, and AED certification from the American Safety & Health Institute.
