Nazli Alizadeh Tabrizi, D.V.M., M.Sc., has a diverse range of work experience in the field of veterinary medicine and cancer research. Nazli began their career as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Internship student at Urmia University from September 2015 to September 2017. Following this, they worked as a Research Assistant at Dalhousie University from September 2019 to August 2021, where they conducted various experiments and evaluations related to anti-inflammatory treatments for lung inflammation. Nazli also served as a Tutorial Teaching Assistant during this time.
In 2021, Nazli joined Sunnybrook as a Research Project Assistant working on Focused Ultrasound and Brain Cancer. From April 2022 to January 2023, they held the position of Senior Research Associate at Century Therapeutics, Inc., where they focused on in vivo Pharmacology for glioblastoma and solid tumors. During their time at Century Therapeutics, they supported the development of new in vivo oncology models, coordinated in vivo experiments, and conducted pre-clinical testing for glioblastoma immunotherapies.
Currently, Nazli is a Research Associate II at Fusion Pharmaceuticals, starting from March 2023. Nazli'sprimary role involves cancer research. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in in vivo experiments, histopathological analysis, protein measurement, and conducting literature reviews.
Nazli Alizadeh Tabrizi has a diverse education history. Nazli obtained their Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (D.V.M.) degree from Urmia University from 2011 to 2017. Nazli then pursued further education and completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Medical Sciences-Immunology at McMaster University in 2019.
