Alex Valente is currently the Senior Director Assistant Controller at Fusion Pharmaceuticals. Prior to this role, Alex held the position of Assistant Controller at AlloVir, an ElevateBio Company. Alex has also worked as a Senior Manager of Accounting Analytics & Reporting at Biogen, an Associate Director of Consolidations & Technical Accounting at Aegerion Pharmaceuticals, and in various finance and accounting roles at Ironwood Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Alex earned a Master of Science in Accounting from Suffolk University in 2008 after completing a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 2007.
