Cristina Rodriguez, CAE, IOM, currently serves as the Executive Director at FUSION Marketing | THIS IS FUSION, where responsibilities include managing daily operations for the association client NOMMA, overseeing budget development, strategic planning, and volunteer management. Previous roles include Senior Association Manager, focusing on member recruitment, publication management, and budgeting, and Association Manager for Education & Tradeshows, where Cristina developed program content and coordinated tradeshow logistics. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Program Development at the Lewisville Chamber of Commerce, Development Coordinator for the Texas State Historical Association, and Campaign Manager and Coordinator for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Cristina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of North Texas.
