Pardhasaradhi Doguparti has worked in the IT industry since 2004. Starting as a Software Engineer at Sparsh Communications Pvt. Ltd, they then moved to Siliconchips Private Ltd as a Senior Software Engineer in 2007. In 2008, they joined Polaris Financial Technology Limited as an Associate Consultant, followed by ISCIS Tech Business Solutions as a Sr Software Engineer in 2009. Pardhasaradhi then moved to Cognizant Technology Solutions in 2010 as an Associate. In 2014, they joined Mastech, Inc. as a Sr Developer, followed by NYC Department of Buildings as a Sr Dot Net Full Stack Developer in 2017. In 2019, they joined ADP as a Technical Lead and Fusion Global Solutions as a Tech Lead/Sr Software Developer, where they have been developing web applications using ASP. Net, C#, MVC, Angular2, Bootstrap, HTML5 etc.

Pardhasaradhi Doguparti holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Kakatiya University, obtained between 1997 and 2000. Pardhasaradhi also holds two additional certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, obtained in June 2020 from Microsoft, and MCP.
