Prior to this, Emily worked as a Senior HR Support Officer at Staff Absence Management (SAM) and FusionHR part of Fusion Business Solutions Ltd. At SAM, Emily focused on providing schools with an easier way to manage staff absence, while at FusionHR, Emily prioritized caring for the people they work with and those they look after.
