Diane Frazzetta

Vice President, Strategic Alliances at Fusion Connect

Diane Frazzetta has an extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Diane currently holds the position of Vice President Sales Operations at Fusion Connect since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as Vice President Channel and Alliances at the same company from April 2022 to January 2023. Before joining Fusion Connect, Diane held the role of Regional Vice President - Channel Sales at Intelisys from May 2021 to April 2022.

In their earlier career, Diane worked as a National Strategic Channel Manager at LogMeIn from June 2020 to May 2021. Diane also had a significant tenure at Intelisys, where they held multiple roles including Sr. Director of Support Services from January 2020 to June 2020, Director of Support Services, East from July 2016 to January 2020, and Supplier Manager from February 2014 to June 2016. In these positions, they had the responsibility of managing support services functions, building top-performing teams, implementing new support programs, and fostering positive relationships with suppliers.

Before entering the technology industry, Diane worked as a Unit Leader at lia sophia Independent Advisor from September 2006 to March 2014. In this role, they worked as a salesperson and also led a team of Advisors, conducting monthly team meetings and overseeing recruitment and training.

Diane's professional journey also includes a stint at Newtown Public Schools as a Long Term Substitute Teacher from February 2013 to December 2013. Diane began their career as an Account Manager, Client Services at MetLife, where they worked from July 1989 to October 1995.

Diane Frazzetta completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Finance and Marketing, from the University at Albany, SUNY. Diane attended this institution from 1985 to 1989. Subsequently, from 1991 to 1994, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, General at NYU Stern School of Business. Diane also obtained a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Elementary and Secondary Business from the University of Bridgeport; however, the specific years of attendance for this program are unknown.
