Fabiola Linda is an experienced professional in customer excellence and partnership management, currently serving as the Servicing Customer Excellence Senior Manager at FUSE GROUP since September 2019. In this role, Fabiola oversees the creation and implementation of efficient workflows to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction, while managing multiple strategic projects in micro insurance. Previously, Fabiola held the position of Partnership Individual Senior Manager, where responsibilities included activating and developing partnerships and liaising with business partners for application improvements. With a foundational career at Tokio Marine and ACE Group as a Regional Manager, Fabiola has developed strong skills in agency management, agent training, and client relationship maintenance.
