Andrew Gorter is an experienced electrical engineer currently serving as Head of Projects at Fuse Energy since October 2022, where responsibilities include building renewable energy projects globally. Prior to this role, Andrew was an Engineer in Energy at Tesla from May 2021 to July 2022, focusing on utility scale battery energy storage systems. Before Tesla, Andrew worked as a Product Development Electrical Engineer at Ford Motor Company from January 2017 to May 2021, contributing to future vehicle programs. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (Hons) and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Corporate and Investment Finance from The University of Western Australia, earned between 2011 and 2016.
