Alejandro Ruiz Aparicio is an experienced professional with a strong background in account management and strategic project leadership. Currently serving as an International Account Manager at Further Group since June 2020, Alejandro focuses on client retention, upselling, and cross-selling while managing key accounts and providing strategic insights. Alejandro previously held the position of Transformation & Service Delivery Director at Further Group, overseeing global program projects and implementing operational strategies. Prior roles include Account Manager Iberia at Adare International, COO & Customer Service Manager at PANGEA The Travel Store, and Project Manager at Accenture, where Alejandro led teams and improved customer service processes.
