Andy Smelser has extensive experience in human resources and talent development, currently serving as Senior Director of People at Further since July 2016. Prior to this role, Andy held the position of Senior Director of Talent Development at Publicis Sapient, where responsibilities included leading the Talent Development group and managing a global corporate university. At Rosetta, Andy established the first Learning & Development department and designed innovative talent management programs. Previous roles include strategic HR positions at Carter Lumber, where responsibilities encompassed organizational development and the establishment of a company university. Andy began a career in leadership and management with early roles in internal audit and retail management, demonstrating a strong foundation in HR and business processes.
