Robert Serowka's work experience begins in 2014 as a Junior Architectural Technologist at HAP Architects. Robert then becomes a Design Technician at London Drywall from October 2016 to May 2018. Following that, they work as an Architectural Technologist at Resi from June 2018 to March 2020, where they manage residential projects and improves internal workflows. In March 2020, Serowka attends General Assembly's three-month bootcamp as a Graduate Software Engineer, focusing on front-end and back-end technologies. Additionally, in August 2020, they briefly work as a BIM Consultant at Resi. Serowka then joins incling in November 2020 as a Full Stack Developer, where they develop and maintains a platform in the market research industry. Currently, they are a Software Engineer at Furbnow starting from May 2023.

Robert Serowka attended Nottingham Trent University from 2012 to 2016, where they pursued a degree in Architectural Technology, focusing on Architectural and Building Sciences/Technology. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2011, they studied at Palmers College, completing their A Levels in subjects such as Maths, Physics, 3D Design, and Business Studies.
