Hugh Potter has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology and innovation sector.

In 2017, they worked as a Service Design Consultant at JobGetter, where they conducted market research and customer interviews to identify new features and market opportunities for an Australian job board.

In 2018, they joined CBRE Asia Pacific as an Innovation Analyst, where they were responsible for building the foundations for an innovation department. Hugh organized internal workshops to promote innovative and critical thinking and developed insights and recommendations based on workshop findings.

Also in 2018, Hugh took on the role of Event Coordinator at Stone & Chalk. Hugh was responsible for coordinating events and ensuring their successful execution. In 2020, they transitioned to the role of Sydney Startup Hub Coordinator at the same company.

In 2021, Hugh joined Proptech Association Australia as an IT Systems Analyst. Hugh optimized the use of Hubspot CRM and implemented workflow automations, lead management, and data management strategies.

Most recently, in 2022, they started working as a Digital Project Manager at Funraisin.

Hugh Potter completed their Bachelor of Technology and Innovation from the University of Technology Sydney, from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from Hutt International Boys School, graduating in 2016. In addition to their formal education, Hugh obtained a certification in Foundations of Project Management from Google in July 2021.
