Maribel Ramirez has a diverse work experience in various companies. Maribel started their career as a Sales Floor Associate at Walgreens in 2013 and provided excellent customer service. Maribel then worked as a Phlebotomist at Banner Health and Sonora Quest Laboratories from 2015 to 2017. Maribel also gained administrative experience as an Administrative Assistant at AZ Pain Doctors, where they handled scheduling, document management, and customer service tasks.

In 2020, Maribel transitioned into the field of human resources. Maribel first worked as a Human Resources Recruitment Assistant at Marshalls Distribution Ctr, where they managed HRIS and record retention, maintained personnel files, and assisted with payroll and benefits inquiries. Maribel then became a Human Resources Assistant at The TJX Companies, Inc. Maribel's responsibilities in this role included updating and maintaining the payroll system, auditing payroll reports, and transmitting payroll.

From 2021 to 2022, Maribel worked as a Human Resources Specialist II at Albertsons Companies. In this position, they managed the recruitment process and onboarding of employees and contingent staff. Maribel also conducted interviews, evaluations, and referrals for various positions within the organization.

Currently, Maribel is employed as a Human Resources Coordinator at Funko, starting in 2023.

Maribel Ramirez completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Organizational Communication, General at Arizona State University from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they pursued their Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Estrella Mountain Community College from 2013 to 2016.
