Victoria Ryan is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an Endpoint Administrator and Endpoint Specialist at Funeral Directors Life (FDLIC) since July 2021. Prior to this role, Victoria held various positions at Geek Squad from January 2016 to July 2021, including Advanced Repair Agent and Consultation Agent. Additional experience includes working as a Computer Technician for the City of Abilene, Texas, and as a Records Clerk at the Abilene Police Department. Victoria's early career features customer service roles at Best Buy, Sam's Club, Heroes and Legacies, Target, DICK'S Sporting Goods, and Matt's El Rancho. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in General Studies and Psychology from Texas Tech University and is currently pursuing an Associate of Applied Science in Surgical Technology at Cisco College.
