Felix Blumer is the Lead Regulatory Expert at FundApps since May 2022 and serves as the Director at Foremind, also known as SIHQ, since July 2019. Previous experience includes roles at the Financial Conduct Authority as an Associate in Command & Control from December 2020 to May 2022 and as a Legal & Compliance Consultant at Rutherford from January 2020 to October 2020. Felix Blumer was the Director and Lawyer at Blumers Personal Injury Lawyers from March 2010 to August 2019. Academic achievements include a Master’s Degree in Legal Practice from The Australian National University, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, and a Graduate Certificate in Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Further education includes various qualifications from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Canberra, supplemented by an exchange program at the University of Iowa.
