Allan May is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader in the medical device and biotech sectors, serving as the Chairman and Founder of Life Science Angels since March 2005. May also holds the position of Chairman at InnoSIGN, Inc., advancing precision medicine through proprietary tests and analytics, and at FundamentalVR, a leader in surgical AR/VR technology. As the Founder and Chairman of Woodside Medical Management, May focuses on commercializing medical innovations in China through strategic partnerships. With over 100 medical-related ventures under their belt, including significant roles in Celero Systems and Zeto Medical, May was formerly the Managing Partner at Emergent Medical Partners and has contributed to the Angel Resource Institute. Allan May holds a Doctor of Law from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Kent State University.
