Renaud de Bosredon currently serves as the GAIA Global Brand Head of Bars and GAIA Brand Head of Bars at Fundamental Hospitality since October 2024. Additionally, Renaud is the Founder of Composition Spirits, established in January 2024. Previous experience includes Group Bar Manager at Joël Robuchon International from July 2023 to August 2024, Bars Manager at Louie London from July 2021 to July 2023, and consultant marketing/branding at Renaud de Bosredon from April 2015 to June 2023. Further roles involve serving as Brand Ambassador for House of Bombay and Bacardi Martini LTD, where responsibilities included marketing strategy, brand positioning, and budget management. Prior experience also includes Bar Manager positions at MASH Steak Ltd and 34 Restaurant Caprice Holdings. Renaud holds a Bachelor's degree in International Tourism and Hospitality Management from Vatel Institute and another Bachelor's level degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from ISSEG Bordeaux.
