Fernando Mudarra is an experienced leader in development cooperation, currently serving as Director General at Fundación Tomillo since October 2024. Previously, Fernando held the position of Director General at Fundación Ayuda en Acción from December 2015 to September 2024, and worked as Director of Programs of Cooperation within the same organization. Fernando has also operated as an independent consultant for development organizations and institutions, managing teams and projects from November 2012 to November 2015. Other significant roles include Director General at EPYPSA from September 2010 to October 2012, where responsibilities included leading the Development Cooperation Department. Fernando's background includes advisory roles at the Spanish State Secretariat for International Cooperation and coordination of Spanish cooperation efforts in Bolivia and Honduras. Fernando's educational qualifications consist of a degree in Economic and Business Sciences from ETEA and a Master's in Economic Development in Latin America from ILPES/CEPAL.
