Víctor Manuel Rubio Herrera is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing, communication, and training, currently serving as the Director of Marketing and Communication at Femepa since April 2001. In addition to holding various leadership roles within Femepa, such as member of the Executive Committee and Technical Secretary of the Intersectoral Mobility Table, Víctor has contributed to numerous organizations including aemoto and Fundación ONCE / Inserta. A member of several advisory councils and technical commissions, Víctor has also been involved in employability networks across multiple locations in the Canary Islands. With a solid educational background that includes a Master's in Corporate Communication and multiple certifications in marketing and management, Víctor combines practical expertise with academic knowledge to drive success in diverse initiatives.
