Roser D. has extensive experience in social and international development, currently working in the Àrea Social at Fundación Bancaria "la Caixa" since April 2016. Prior to this role, Roser D. contributed to the European Institute of the Mediterranean from September 2014 to April 2016, focusing on the European Union and Mediterranean region. Additional experience includes positions at ACCIÓ in international development (2013-2014), the European Commission in international development and cooperation (2012-2013), and Fundación "la Caixa" in the CaixaProinfància program (2011). Earlier experience includes a role in psychology and mental health at Parc Sanitari Sant Joan de Deu (2010-2011). Roser D. holds a Master's Degree in International Relations and a postgraduate degree in Mental Health and Migration from Universitat de Barcelona, as well as additional education from the University of Pennsylvania, Aarhus University, and the University of Kent.
