Gabriel Olate has extensive experience in the field of education and intervention services, currently serving as Gerente zonal at Fundación Coanil since November 2010, where responsibilities include leading technical intervention strategies, managing unit objectives, and overseeing financial outcomes. Additionally, Gabriel holds the position of Director at the Centro de intervención educativa, CIE, with a focus on public representation of the educational institution. Parallel to this role, Gabriel has been a docente de cátedra at IPP since March 2008, instructing the course "Diversidad e Integración educativa" and guiding undergraduate research. Educational qualifications include a Magister en gestión educacional from Universidad Andres Bello, a Diploma in Discapacidad y educación from Universidad Católica de Chile, and a Licenciado in Educación Diferencial from Instituto IPP, complemented by a Licenciado in psicología with a focus on child development from Universidad Andres Bello.
