Eric Baghdasaryan is an experienced professional with a strong background in local economic development and human resources. Currently serving as a Supporter at 120K Project since December 2022, Eric has been a Local Economic Development Coordinator at Fund For Armenian Relief since August 2013, where responsibilities include needs assessment, resource mapping, project design, execution, and evaluation. Previous roles include Head of HR Management and Head of Training Department at Armwater CJSC, Elections Initiative Planner at IREX, and Research Associate at Athgo International. Eric holds an Executive Master's degree in Development Policies and Practices from the Geneva Graduate Institute, a Master's degree in Political Science and Public Administration from Yerevan State University, and a PhD in Public Administration from the Public Administration Academy of the Republic of Armenia.
