Hervey Bautista has extensive experience in crane operation and supervision, beginning with a role as a Crane and Forklift Operator at Bridgestone Taiwan Co., Ltd. from February 2000 to August 2005. Following this, various positions included Crane Operator and Heavy Equipment Operator at Consolidated Contractors International Company from March 2006 to August 2007, Crane Operator at Sarilar Group from September 2007 to June 2008, and Heavy Lift Crane Operator at Mammoet from July 2008 to April 2011. Bautista then served as a Senior Heavy Lift Crane Operator at Johnson Crane Hire from June 2011 to May 2013 and continued in a similar role at Mammoet until January 2016. Subsequent to this, Bautista worked as a Crane Rigging Supervisor at PVE Cranes & Services until April 2017. Currently, Bautista holds the position of Crane Assembly Supervisor and Crane Operator at Smith Crane & Construction Ltd, starting in April 2017. Expertise includes operating a wide range of cranes, performing inspections, and managing mobilization and demobilization processes.
