Hazel Zoleta is a seasoned real estate broker at Fulton Grace Realty since March 2020, with extensive experience in residential sales, multifamily properties, short sales, and commercial leasing. In addition to current responsibilities, Hazel has been a REALTOR at Liberty Realty-Click A Home Team and Liberty Realty since July 2004, specializing in residential, multifamily, and commercial real estate transactions, including short sales. As the owner and founder of OnCue Management, established in 1997, Hazel focuses on music management and consulting, developing artists and negotiating distribution deals. Prior roles in the music industry include Vice President of Promotions/A&R at Tommy Boy Entertainment, Director of Radio Promotions at Gee Street/V2 Records, and other significant positions at Profile Records, SOS Records, and DJ International Records. Hazel holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from Columbia College Chicago.
