Fred Hoffman currently serves as Chief of Staff for Fulton County Government, a position held since January 2015, providing operational leadership and strategic direction for District 2 programs while assuming the Commissioner's responsibilities in their absence. Prior to this role, Fred was the Principal at Ironwood Solutions, LLC from October 2009 to December 2014, focusing on operations, human capital, and organizational development. Fred has also held significant positions in human resources, including Interim Chief Human Resources Officer at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton and as Principal & Vice President of Human Resources at Golder, where oversight of corporate staff operations was managed.
