Suzanne Higgs has held a variety of roles in the human resources and benefits fields since 2011. Suzanne began their career as a Benefit Specialist at Tilson, where they were later promoted to Account Manager, Benefits Consultant, Onboarding & Benefits Consultant, Onboarding Manager, and Benefits Manager. In 2017, they moved to LHD Benefit Advisors as an Account Manager. In 2018, they joined The Southeast Project as an Associate Pastor, and also began working at FullStack PEO, where they currently serve as Director of Operations & Systems, HR Director, and Human Resources Manager. Suzanne is passionate about breaking down the complexities of HR, payroll, and benefits and helping organizations and employees make the most of their time and hard-earned dollars.

Suzanne Higgs has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Indiana Wesleyan University, which they obtained from 2014 to 2016. Suzanne also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, which they obtained from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they attended Ball State University from 1998 to 2001. Suzanne also holds certifications from SHRM, HR Certification Institute - HRCI, and Indiana Health and Life License.
