Adam Sykes has a strong background in operations and management. Adam started their career at Mitchells & Butlers as a General Manager from 1999 to 2003. Adam then moved on to Ha Ha Bar & Canteen as a General Manager from 2003 to 2005. Following that, they joined Fuller Smith & Turner as a General Manager from 2005 to 2013. At Fuller, Smith & Turner, they progressed to the role of Operations Manager from 2013 to 2022, and most recently became the Head of Operations in September 2022.

Adam Sykes attended Loughborough University from 1993 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication and Media Studies.
