Caren Ferguson is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in various technical and leadership roles. Currently serving as IT Business Partner, Shared Services and Director of HRIS at FullBloom since April 2023, Caren previously held the position of IT Business Partner for Asset Solutions Americas/Operations at Wood from July 2019 to March 2023. Prior experience at Enbridge includes multiple roles in IT supervision and business partnerships across various departments from January 2007 to June 2019. Earlier positions include Software Implementation Consultant at Quorum Business Solutions and Software Implementation Specialist/Trainer at Universal Computer Systems. Caren holds a BBA in Management Information Systems from The University of Texas at Austin and Texas McCombs School of Business, both earned between 1998 and 2002.
