John Wilder is an experienced Information Technology professional with a strong background in technical support management. Currently serving as the Technical Support Manager at Full Swing Simulators since May 2023, John leads a team of 17 technicians and has successfully developed a comprehensive knowledge base for support operations. Prior to this role, John functioned as the Information Technology Service Desk Team Lead at Modis, overseeing a team that supported over 600 users. Earlier experience includes managing IT software support at Independent Financial Group, LLC, and holding managerial positions in service desk operations at General Atomics, where John supported a significant customer base. John’s career began in technical roles at Sony Electronics and Fry’s Electronics, where John achieved leadership positions early on. John holds an Associate's Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
