Géraldine Grosjean has worked in a variety of roles in the finance and energy industries. Géraldine began their career in 2000 as a Business Analyst at TRACTEBEL. In 2001, they moved to Allianz as a Controller. In 2003, they joined IRE-IRE ELiT as a Finance Deputy Manager/Controller, where they were responsible for Business Plans, Investment Analysis, Financial Management, ERP Project Management, and Development of Analytical Reporting, Forecasts, and Cost Prices. In 2012, they moved to SPW as a Senior Financial Economist in the Department of Energy. In 2015, they joined CWaPE as a Finance Advisor in the Gas & Electricity Regulatory Authority. In 2016, they moved to the Energy Department-Wallonia as a Project Manager for the Energy & Climate Strategic Plan 2030, where they were responsible for Energy Strategy, Program and Project Management, and Stakeholders Consultation. In 2019, they joined eWBS as the Managing Director. Currently, they are the Head of Finance & HR Europe at Full-Life Technologies.

Géraldine Grosjean completed a Certificat en fiscalité from HEC Liège in 2004-2005. Géraldine then attended the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management from 2014-2015 and earned an Executive Master in Public Management in the field of Management. From 1995-2000, Géraldine attended HEC Liège and earned a HEC in Industrial Management. Géraldine also attended Athénée Namur.
