Clive Lovett is a Senior Quantity Surveyor at FulkersBaileyRussell, a Certified B Corp, since January 2025, with extensive experience in quantity surveying roles across various companies. Prior to this position, Clive served as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at WT (UK & Europe) from August 2017 to January 2025, and held the role of Project Surveyor at AECOM from May 2015 to August 2017. Clive's career began with positions as a Junior Quantity Surveyor at CQS Chartered Quantity Surveyors and Precision Construction, and progressed through various roles at Heymann Cohen and other firms. Clive is well-versed in taking off quantities, preparing BOQs and Cost Plans, estimating works packages, site measurements, and managing monthly valuations and final accounts. Clive holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Construction Economics and Management from Technological University Dublin and an Ordinary Degree in Construction Economics and Management from the Institute of Technology, Sligo.
