Ricardo Taveras has extensive experience in various roles and companies. Starting in 2016, they worked at TPH Family Office as a Managing Partner, where they focused on guiding the execution of business growth strategies and risk-based strategic planning for entrepreneurs. In 2017, they became a Partner: Enterprise Risk Strategist at the same company until 2020. In 2019, they served as an Interim CEO & Strategic Advisor at Praxis EMR and later joined Starta Ventures as a Strategy & Business Development Coach. In 2020, they became an Associate Operating Partner at Orchid Black and also worked as a Strategy and Business Development Coach at swissnex Boston until November.

Ricardo continued their career as a Lead Advisor and Board Member at FULFLLD in 2020. Ricardo served as a Member of the Board of Advisors at TEDx and a Venture Partner at 13 VENTURES in 2020 and 2019, respectively. In 2021, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Everytale, and in 2022, they took on the role of Chief Operating Officer at holafly. Through their work experience, Ricardo has demonstrated their expertise in guiding companies' growth strategies and risk management.

Ricardo Taveras has a diverse education history. Ricardo holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Business & Enterprise Risk Management Strategy from Columbia University. Ricardo also obtained a postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Harvard University.

For their undergraduate studies, Ricardo attended Montclair State University, where they completed a Bachelor of Music degree with a specialization in School and Community Settings. Additionally, they furthered their education at Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz, where they focused on shifting perspectives between Europe and the Americas in the field of Media, Society, and Culture.

In terms of certifications, Ricardo obtained a Certificate of Completion in Business Leadership from the Preparing Global Leaders Forum. Ricardo also has certifications in Finance Foundations: Risk Management from LinkedIn and Cybersecurity and Beyond: What Hedge Funds and Private Equity Funds Need to Know from Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP.

Furthermore, Ricardo has received recognition for their achievements in academia, including an Outstanding Achievement in the Research Project Presentation Competition from Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz and an Outstanding Achievement in the Science Slam Competition from Graz International Summer School of Seggau.
