Joe Spisak has a diverse work experience starting with their current role as Founder and CEO of Fulfill.com, a digital marketplace connecting companies with 3PLs. Joe is also the Founder and CEO of OK Boomer, a family trivia game, and ShipDaddy, a fulfillment solution for eCommerce businesses. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Joe worked at AT&T as a Senior Network Engineer and later as a Network Integration Engagement Manager, where they managed complex solutions for customer requirements. Joe also participated in a business sales leadership development program as an Account Executive. Before starting their professional career, Joe was a student athlete in wrestling at the University of Virginia.

Joe Spisak received a Bachelor's degree in Leadership and Public Policy from the University of Virginia in 2014. Joe then pursued a Master's degree in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from the same university from 2014 to 2015.
