Ahmed Murtaza has worked in customer service for over 20 years. Ahmed began their career as a supervisor at TeleCard Limited in 1997. In 2007, they became the manager of customer services at World Call Limited. Ahmed held this position for a year before moving to Fulcrum, where they are currently the head of operations.
