Trae Schaefer has over 27 years of experience in IT service delivery and management. Currently serving as the Head of Managed Services at Fujitsu since May 2007, Trae has held multiple leadership roles, including Practice Lead for End User Compute and Senior Director of Service Delivery. Prior experience includes a position as IT Manager at Accenture, where responsibilities encompassed service delivery for outsourced IT services and help desk operations, and roles at Electronic Data Systems, progressing from Help Desk Analyst to Help Desk Manager. Trae holds a Master of Business Administration in International Business from the Naveen Jindal School of Management, UT Dallas, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas A&M University-Commerce.
