Jacob Parsons is a ServiceNow Senior Consultant at Enable, a Fujitsu company, since May 2023. Prior experience includes serving as the ServiceNow Technical Lead at NZ Police from June 2016 to May 2023, where Jacob oversaw the development, implementation, and enhancement of the ServiceNow Platform, ensuring it met organizational needs. Previously, Jacob held the role of ServiceNow Administrator, responsible for the IT Service Management System, and began their career as a Service Desk Analyst, providing ICT support to employees. Jacob earned a Bachelor of Information and Technology with a focus on Programming and Security from WelTec between 2009 and 2012.
