Gopalakrishnan Jayamani is an experienced compensation and benefits professional currently serving as the Head of Compensation and Benefits at Fujitsu since August 2023. Previously, Gopalakrishnan held the position of Assistant Vice President - Compensation and Benefits at Maveric Systems Limited from September 2018 to August 2023, where responsibilities included managing global compensation and benefits portfolios as well as overseeing payroll and compliance. Gopalakrishnan also contributed as a compensation lead at Cognizant from December 2014 to September 2018 and served as Associate Manager - Performance & Reward at Standard Chartered Bank, Scope International Pvt. Ltd from September 2008 to December 2014. Gopalakrishnan completed a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Bharathidasan University.
