Dinesh V. has had a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership roles within different companies. Dinesh began their career as a CSR at Firstsource in 2002, and over the years, they have held positions such as Team Coordinator and Jr. Business Analyst at First American. Dinesh also worked as a Team Leader and Human Resources Team Lead at Indecomm Global Services before venturing into operations management at Sourcepoint and Fidelity National Financial India. Prior to joining Avanze as President in 2023, they founded and served as the CEO of GRACE Consulting.

Dinesh V. completed their Indian Certificate of Secondary Examination at Baldwin Boys High School from 1988 to 2000. Dinesh then pursued a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration at the National Institute of Management from 2006 to 2008. In 2021-2022, Dinesh attended Kellogg Executive Education, focusing on Mastering Sales, with a field of study in Selling Skills and Sales Operations. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Business Basics from The ICFAI University, Tripura, and as a Certified Residential Land Title Examiner from Property Insight in 2013.
