Juan Cardona is an accomplished General Manager with extensive experience in the insurance and hospitality industries. Since April 2015, Juan has successfully led P & C Agency LLC, a property and casualty, sickness and health insurance agency with six branches and 21 employees. In addition, Juan has been managing CCS Premium Finance, a finance company for auto insurance since January 2011, overseeing a team of three employees. Prior to this, Juan held the position of General Manager at FUERZA LATINA INSURANCE, which operates 37 agencies in Georgia and South Carolina, employing 67 staff members. Earlier career experience includes serving as Guest Service Manager at Newport Beach Side Resort from January 1992 to January 2006, where Juan managed operations in a 300-room resort in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida.
