Roman Maestas is an experienced engineering manager and streaming media engineer with a comprehensive background in video and media management across various prestigious companies. Currently, at FuboTV since July 2019, Roman leads in the playout engineering department, having previously held the position of Streaming Media Engineer. Prior experience includes significant roles at Charter Communications as an Advanced Video Engineer III, where critical evaluation of encoding technologies and vendor selection occurred, and at NBCUniversal, Inc. as Lead Encode Technician, managing media and automation systems. Roman's extensive experience dates back to the Comcast Media Center, which included leadership in media management and operations. Roman holds an Associate of Arts degree in Broadcast Television Production from Aims Community College.
