Jana Caves is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director at FTV Prima since April 2022, overseeing HR services for over 500 employees across 13 companies. Prior to this role, Jana held significant positions at American Express as the Director of EMEA Payroll, managing payroll operations for over 10,000 employees across 10 countries. Jana's career also includes leadership roles at Accenture Services, where responsibilities included global operations for HR outsourcing and local operations management. Early experience includes HR management at Navitaire and DATART, as well as finance and administration management at 12snap. Jana holds an MBA in Economics from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Master’s degree in Mathematics and Chemistry from the University of West Bohemia.
